Slow House is a sanctuary designed to help individuals slow down, recharge, and reconnect. Rooted in the principles of slow living, slow house prioritises balance, intention, and self-nurture, offering a mindful escape from the fast pace of modern life.

Inspired by Roman bathing traditions, Slow House provides a relaxed yet indulgent space for recovery, offering infrared sauna, traditional sauna, ice baths, cold plunge, and magnesium therapies to detoxify, reset, and rejuvenate.
